LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES
To strengthen the sustainability, effectiveness, and long-term impact of Light of Hope Orphans Care Organization, we have identified the following strategic development priorities:
1. Acquisition of Land for Farming and Development
Purchase land to support agricultural projects, income-generating activities, and the future development of facilities for the organization and the children we serve.
2. Construction of a Primary School
Construct a primary school that will provide free education for orphans and vulnerable children while offering affordable, quality education to other children in the surrounding community.
3. Construction of a Permanent Administration Building
Construct a permanent administration and program facility to provide appropriate space for organizational management, staff, meetings, counseling, child support services, and other ministry activities.
4. Purchase of a Ministry Vehicle
Purchase a reliable vehicle to support transportation for staff, children, food and other supplies, outreach activities, program implementation, and visits to children and families in the communities we serve. The organization currently does not have a vehicle in working condition.
5. Construction of a Community Health Center
Construct a health center to provide free or subsidized healthcare services for vulnerable children served by Light of Hope Orphans Care Organization, while also providing affordable healthcare services to other members of the surrounding community.
6. Construction of a Modern Football Field
Construct a modern football field to strengthen our sports talent development program, providing children and young people with a safe and suitable environment to discover, develop, and promote their sporting talents.
7. Construction of Staff Housing
Construct safe and affordable housing for ministry staff to support staff welfare, improve retention, and strengthen the organization’s capacity to provide consistent services to the children and communities we serve.
Our Vision for the Future
These development priorities are intended to help Light of Hope Orphans Care Organization move toward greater sustainability and increase its capacity to serve vulnerable children and families. We prayerfully seek individuals, churches, foundations, businesses, and other partners who may be willing to join us in making these long-term goals a reality.
Together, by God’s grace, we can build a stronger foundation for a future in which vulnerable children are loved, protected, educated, healthy, equipped, and given hope.
